Join a large, well-established Rheumatology group in Southern California offering a modern, scalable practice model with flexible scheduling, strong support, and multiple income streams beyond traditional RVU compensation.
We are seeking rheumatologists who value clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build a high-income practice within a team-based care model.
Position Highlights
-Flexible scheduling: 2–5 days per week (part-time and full-time available)
-Option to incorporate a dedicated telehealth day (can be done remotely from home)
-Last patient scheduled at 3:45 pm with protected daily admin time (4–5 pm)
-100% outpatient practice
-Choose your preferred clinic location(s): Temecula, Riverside, Corona, Menifee, San Bernardino, Hemet
-Dedicated medical assistant for each physician
-Established patient demand with immediate volume
Compensation Structure
-$350,000 guaranteed annual compensation for a 5-day per week schedule, pro-rated for part-time
-Additional productivity-based compensation
-Multiple Ancillary Income Streams
-Physicians have access to several high-value revenue opportunities, including:
-Clinical trials participation (significant additional income potential)
-Infusion therapy revenue participation
-Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)
-Supervision of advanced practice providers (APPs)Approx. $60,000/year per full-time APP supervised (pro-rated)
-Ancillary income through a new in-house pharmacy
Our practice is built on a physician-led, team-based model:
Physicians supervise and collaborate with APPs
APPs manage lower-acuity and stable follow-up patients (Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Gout, Fibromyalgia)
Physicians focus on complex, interesting, and high-value rheumatologic care
This model allows physicians to:
Practice at the top of their license
Increase efficiency and earning potential
Maintain a more engaging and clinically rewarding case mix
Partnership Track
Structured partnership track based on schedule (full-time or part-time)
2-year track for full-time physicians, with proportional timelines for part-time schedules
Equity participation with no buy-in required for the professional entity

Call Structure (Flexible & Optional)
-Call is only required for partnership-track physicians
-1 week at a time, 100% outpatient, 0-2 phone calls per week
-$700/week compensation
-Option to sell or delegate call to another physician or APP
-No call requirement for non-partnership-track physicians
