In this position, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to ensure that the turf is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include managing chemical and fertilizer applications, assisting with crew management, overseeing weekend operations, and leading special projects. You will need to have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- oversee programs under the guidance of the Superintendent

- Assist with crew management and scheduling

- Manage weekend operations and ensure course readiness

- Lead and execute special projects related to turf management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in turf management or a related field

- Pesticide applicator license (must obtain within 3 months if not already obtained)

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
