Cape Cod National Golf Club is seeking a motivated and career-focused Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop within a positive, forward-thinking environment. The Second Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Superintendent and leadership team to help manage daily golf course maintenance operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing operations and daily course presentation
• Spraying and chemical applications (fertility, plant protectants, integrated pest management)
• Water management
• Assisting with crew supervision and training
• Safe operation and oversight of modern golf course equipment

Technology & Innovation:

• GPS sprayer technology
• Robotic mowers and autonomous equipment integration
