Clinical Therapist MLR (MLee Recruiting) is searching for a full-time Clinical Therapist for a permanent role at a respected acute-care hospital near Stamford, Texas. Be part of a compassionate team dedicated to providing top-tier mental health services! Salary Range: $74,500 - $97,358 annually Key Responsibilities: Client Assessment: Perform in-depth evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health, using standardized clinical methods for accurate diagnoses. Work Schedule: Night shifts, Monday through Friday. Treatment Development: Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and therapy goals, using evidence-based approaches. Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Required Credentials: Texas State License: An active license in Respiratory Care is required. NBRC Certification: Maintain certification with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) through the Continuing Competency Program (CCP). New Graduates: Must acquire CRT credentials and work towards RRT certification within one year. If not achieved, the therapist will transition to a Respiratory Care Practitioner role until RRT certification is obtained. BLS Certification: Required prior to providing patient care. ACLS Certification: Must be obtained within six months of employment. ENPC or PALS Certification: Required within the first year of employment. NRP Certification: Must be completed within the first year. Technical Skills: Competent in data entry and computer system use.
