Description

1. Review transaction monitoring alerts related to corporate banking activities, including trade transactions and payments.
2. Perform basic analysis to identify potential AML/CFT risks and unusual transaction patterns.
3. Support escalation of suspicious transactions with clear and concise documentation.
4. Work closely with Business Units and Operations to obtain information and clarify transaction details.
5. Assist in monitoring activities involving mid-to-large corporate clients.
6. Maintain proper records of reviews, findings, and supporting documents.
7. Support preparation of internal AML reports and ensure data accuracy.
8. Assist in maintaining internal watchlists and high-risk country lists.
9. Provide support for periodic reviews, audits, and ad-hoc assignments.
10. Keep up to date with relevant AML/CFT regulations and internal policies.

1. Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AML/CFT, preferably within corporate banking transaction monitoring.
3. Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and transaction monitoring processes.
4. Familiarity with corporate banking products, such as trade finance, remittances, and payments.
5. Good analytical skills with attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
6. Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
7. Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks within timelines.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA) are an advantage.
