Description

• • Marketing support -Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes and industry best practices. Research and analysis work on clients, markets. Preparation of pitchbooks, market updates and other relevant marketing material
  • Deal execution - Structure and execute Investment Banking transactions, across Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Work on documentation and presentations, provide marketing and roadshow support. Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders across the life cycle of the transaction to ensure seamless execution
  • Data and information processing - data mining, updating and creation of relevant database

• • Finance and/or accounting background (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of capital markets business and products
