Asphalt Plant Laborer

Christiana Materials is looking for dependable, experienced, and hard-working individuals to fill our plant laborer positions at our Newark & Farmington, Delaware locations.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Shoveling, raking, and operating tools standard in asphalt manufacturing.
• Lift, carry and hold materials, tools, and supplies.
• Operating skid steers

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Previous experience working at asphalt plant or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License, social security card and legal to work in US.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Work Monday thru Friday hours may be long. Nights and Weekend work when necessary.
