About the Role
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets , including Jett's Coffee Bar , Jacob's Spring Grille , Ace's Lounge , and Mr. G's Sushi Bistro . This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and plays a key leadership role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets.
- Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues.
- Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel .
- Experience with new concept implementation a plus.
