- Associate Human Resources Business Partner
Description
The Associate Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for supporting human resources initiatives in partnership with Zinpro HR and Production leadership. This position is accountable to support a broad continuum of Human Resources accountabilities including but not limited to positive employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, responding to HR related inquiries and special projects. The Associate HR Generalist assists in the implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems. This role is based in Zinpro’s Corporate Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN and is required to spend 25% of their time in North Branch, MN.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Human Resources roles, supporting recruiting activities in a Talent Acquisition or HR Assistant position
- Demonstrated track record of successfully translating HR best practice knowledge into organizational impact into multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition, total rewards, diversity, and employee engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles to communicate with employees from diverse backgrounds, functional areas, and levels of the organization. This also includes the ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings
- Proficiency utilizing a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
