Job Responsibilities
1) Design and execution of Quality Assurance/Compliance Testing program
Design QA /CT program

Develop the QA/CT framework that aligns with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Identify Key Areas for Quality Assurance and Control Testing within AML and General Compliance at Mizuho Singapore Establish methodologies, procedures, and criteria for QA/CT activities. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the QA/CT program meets business needs and compliance requirements. • Perform QA/CT: Execute the QA/CT activities as per the designed program. Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes. Document findings and ensure accurate reporting of QA/CT results. • Complete remediation: Develop action plans to address any deficiencies or issues identified during QA/CT activities. Monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts and ensure compliance with standards. Report remediation progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders

2) Head Office mandated compliance checks: Perform the checks for General Compliance (GC) and AML in accordance to requirements and submission of results to Head Office

3) Primary liaison for internal and external testing/audit on CPR & AML Facilitate communication between stakeholders and oversee internal and external testing/audit focused on CPR and AML. Monitor the progress of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues. Report audit outcomes and remediation efforts to senior management.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience
- Preferably a candidate with audit experience
