Ich analysiere Geschäftsprozesse und arbeite an deren Weiterentwicklung.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich werde Teil der Energiewende, indem ich aktiv daran mitarbeite, die Prozesse rund um die Förderung der Erneuerbaren Energie und der Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung und deren Finanzierung zu gestalten und zu optimieren.

Meine Aufgaben

• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen,
• Durchführung Anforderungserhebung und -management als Teil des crossfunktionales Entwicklungsteams,
• Erstellung von Geschäftsprozessdokumentationen,
• Formulierung von spezifischen Userstories mit zugehörigen Akzeptanzkriterien,
• Durchführung von Datenanalysen um Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen,
• Unterstützung der Test- und Abnahmeprozesse.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar,
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement oder als Business Analyst,
• Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Modellierungssprache (UML, BPMN, EPK),
• Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte zu verstehen und innerhalb technischer Teams zu kommunizieren,
• Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse in User Centered Design und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Prototypen,
• Überblickswissen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung,
• Expertise in der Anwendung agiler Frameworks (z.B.: Scrum, Kanban),
• Kaufmännisches Grundwissen,
• Energiewirtschaftliches Know-How im nationalen ÜNB-Umfeld.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
