QRT's culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.Join our Global Compliance team in Paris, providing hands-on advisory support across AIFM and MiFID activities and overseeing day to day central compliance activities across the business. The role has dual reporting lines to the Head of Compliance (Paris) and the Head of Central Compliance (London).
Your future role at QRT:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Core Compliance program, including Personal Account Dealing (PAD), Outside Business Interests (OBI), Conflicts of Interest (COI), and Gifts and Entertainment (G&E) policies.
- Oversee weekly New Joiner and Leaver processes, including monitoring the completion of employee certifications, including but not limited to AMF for both new hires and existing staff periodically.
- Deliver compliance trainings and awareness aligned with French, UK and other EEA regulation and Global QRT policies.
- Oversight of the approval and maintenance of EU trader mandates.
- Monitor French and EU regulatory developments, assess impact, and support implementation.
- Support regulatory interactions, examinations, and audits.
- Advise employees and the global Compliance team on Global Central Compliance arrangements, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Act as a day-to-day escalation point for EU Compliance matters, ensuring timely advice and decisions.
- Provide real-time compliance advice to EU/UK employees and business teams, ensuring all activities operate within applicable regulatory frameworks.
Your present skillset:
- 5+ years of Compliance experience within asset management, investment services or a financial regulator with strong exposure to AIFM and MiFID obligations and employee/conduct standards.
- Solid knowledge of the regulations applicable to Employee Compliance and asset management in an international environment, with the ability to apply rules pragmatically.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple projects with strong follow-through and documentation quality.
- Proven experience building and maintaining compliance frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, team-player and stakeholder-management skills, able to deliver clear guidance to front office and support functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French
