Job Description

This is a high-visibility role within the Legal & Compliance department. You will be the primary risk-control partner for all non-marketing commercial functions, specifically focusing on Sales and Trade Marketing. You will safeguard the company's commercial integrity by managing complex risk landscapes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Partnering: Act as the dedicated risk control advisor for Sales and Trade Marketing teams;
Policy & Governance: Design and implement robust internal control frameworks for distributor management, trade incentives, and sales activities;
Risk Mitigation: Review and monitor commercial contracts, sales spendings, and promotional schemes to ensure compliance with local laws and global policies;
Audit & Investigation: Lead periodic commercial reviews and internal investigations into potential misconduct or process loopholes;
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the GC Compliance Officer to localize corporate governance standards.

Job Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Internal Control, Compliance, or Internal Audit within a multinational corporation (MNC);
Industry: Strong preference for FMCG, Healthcare, or Nutrition sectors;
Skillset: Deep understanding of commercial operations, trade marketing mechanics, and anti-bribery regulations (FCPA/UKBA);
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business. Professional certifications (CIA/CPA/CFA) are a plus;
Language: Native Mandarin and professional-level English (working language).
