Description

Main Responsibilities - Regulatory reporting management, including checking and uploading regular and ad-hoc information disclosure report on AMAC systems. - AML related compliance monitoring, including standardizing the AML internal requirements, AML model updates, other AML daily task handling and cross-function communication. - Internal staff compliance monitoring, including 1) the staff personal trading monitoring and request supporting, 2) the cooperation and management of external secondee 3) communication and cooperation with the headquarter, and 4) in charge of the execution and ongoing updates of the Code of Ethics and related procedures. - Staff management in AMAC portals, including AMAC fund practitioner management system and the remote training platform, coordinate the AMAC industrial special exams within the company. - Partner with team members to promote a consistent approach and application of standard procedures and practices across compliance. - Complete other compliance tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years of compliance experience with fund practitioner qualification. - Experienced candidates in fund management or asset management, candidates from licensed financial institutions with AML background are preferred. - Honest and empathic, detail oriented, diligent, strong ownership mindset with business consciousness. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Confident and professional style with business department. - Proficiency in English, both in writing, listening and in oral.
