Role: Compliance Generalist

Client: Financial Institution

Location: Singapore

This is a compliance generalist position in a lean compliance team with a technology driven global financial services firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory to the business in line with regulatory obligations
• End to end compliance coverage from surveillance to AML/CFT, policy development and engagement with regulators
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve compliance processes and efficiencies including automation initiatives

Pre-requisites:

• Knowledge of different asset classes and relevant international regulations
• Strong academic background and programming skills such as python and SQL would be advantageous. Fresh graduates could be considered.
• Pro-active in identifying gaps and proposing solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
