Your New Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the compliance programme across the China business. Working closely with business stakeholders and regional compliance leadership, you will help ensure that internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards are effectively applied in business operations.

• Support the rollout and execution of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls across the China business


• Provide compliance advice to business teams on day-to-day operational matters


• Assist in compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal reviews


• Support investigations, compliance inquiries, and remediation actions where required


• Deliver compliance training and awareness programmes to internal stakeholders


• Monitor regulatory developments and support policy updates accordingly


• Work closely with legal, HR, and other functions to ensure consistent compliance practices


• Liaise with regional compliance teams and external advisors as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related discipline


• Minimum 5 years of working experience in compliance, legal, or risk management


• Background from a combination of in-house and law firm experience is preferred


• Familiarity with corporate compliance programmes, internal controls, and investigations


• Experience supporting regulated industries or multinational companies is a plus


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work independently in a structured, matrix environment


• Good command of both English and Mandarin
