Description
We're working with a leading global trading and investments platform seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in central compliance or compliance advisory ideally within a trading environment and will be paying circa £100k +benefits.Key Requirements:
- Oversee compliance for financial promotions, advising on campaign approvals and communications.
- Support implementation of Consumer Duty principles and related conduct requirements.
- Develop, review, and enhance compliance policies, frameworks, and training initiatives.
- Advise on regulatory issues, complaints handling, and client money (CASS) matters as required.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in central or advisory compliance within financial services, ideally trading, brokerage, or fintech.
- In-depth knowledge of UK FCA regulations,
- Financial Promotions/Marketing Compliance experience
- Able to start within a month
