We are currently hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, Compliance for a fast-growing Chinese Bank. This role will be pivotal in driving bancassurance business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and strengthening partnerships with insurers and internal stakeholders.

Your new role

• Provide timely and practical advice on regulatory compliance matters.
• Support the compliance function across all regulated activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments, maintain an up-to-date compliance register, and identify potential gaps.
• Review, advise, and manage regulatory submissions, notifications, and communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
• Provide expert advice on bancassurance products and regulatory compliance matters
• Assist in formulating compliance programs and conducting compliance reviews.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of compliance programs and conduct compliance reviews.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal audit teams and regulators.
• Undertake other compliance and bancassurance-related tasks as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant compliance experience, with mandatory experience in Bancassurance from Banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulated activities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese.
