Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance management related to banking and securities regulations and internal guidelines
• Develop and implement global strategies, policies, and compliance training programs
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and industry self-regulatory organizations
• Conduct compliance risk assessments for markets and corporate banking operations
• Propose and implement control measures for new regulatory changes and initiatives
• Manage and promote assigned compliance projects
• Handle daily alerts, update data and control sheets, and manage operational tasks
• Conduct compliance risk evaluations and performance reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of compliance or related experience within a financial institution
• Experience in compliance at a domestic or international bank, with understanding of global regulatory requirements

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and risk-based judgment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-border environment

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level or higher (required for global coordination)
