The Company

Our client is a global private equity fund house with a strong international footprint and a long‑established presence in the market. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their experienced and well‑respected compliance team.

The Role

• Assist in designing and maintaining compliance policies and controls across VC/PE, fund management, and cross‑border investments
• Monitor fund trading, personal account dealing, and restricted lists
• Oversee expert network calls, chaperoning, NDA reviews, and ethical wall controls
• Provide compliance advice and training to investment, operations, and portfolio teams
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions (HK SFC, SEC, MAS, CIMA, etc.)
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors on compliance matters
• Support investigations, incident management, and regulatory inquiries
• Contribute to ongoing monitoring, testing, and reporting to senior management

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree; LLB / law background preferred
• 4-7 years' compliance experience within VC, PE, asset management, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements (Type 9); regional/global exposure a plus
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
