About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join a dynamic international team. This position involves working on complex compliance matters with a strong focus on cross-border regulations and client due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AML/KYC processes and conduct enhanced due diligence for international clients
• Monitor transactions and review alerts related to financial crime risks
• Perform sanctions screening and assist with regulatory reporting obligations
• Prepare compliance documentation and contribute to internal audits and reviews
• Collaborate with global offices to ensure adherence to multi-jurisdictional requirements
• Conduct research on regulatory frameworks and provide risk assessments for senior management
• Participate in compliance projects and contribute to process improvements

Your Profile

• Degree in Law or a related field
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and international compliance standards
• Previous experience in banking or compliance is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
