About the Role:

An established financial services organisation is seeking a highly capable Compliance Analyst to support the Risk & Compliance Executive in the ongoing design, enhancement and implementation of a robust compliance framework.

The Compliance Analyst will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to maintain effective compliance policies, procedures and controls. You will play a key role in identifying and managing regulatory risks, overseeing compliance monitoring programs, and supporting regulatory reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor adherence to compliance policies and identify improvements;
Keep compliance programs aligned with regulatory and industry changes;
Provide advice on compliance risks, obligations and internal controls;
Conduct regular oversight of trading activities, operational processes and service providers;
Support regulatory filings and reporting;
Conduct due diligence, including AML/CTF reviews and questionnaires;
Support business continuity planning and participate in testing;
Support compliance and financial audits, including preparing responses and coordinating approvals; AND
Assist with maintaining regulatory licences and related obligations.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, commerce or similar; 
Experience in compliance within financial services, ideally in funds management; 
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks; 
Ability to engage with regulators and internal stakeholders; 
Strong analytical, communication and problemsolving skills; 
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong numeracy; AND
Detailfocused, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
