WorkTrybe is proud to partner with a rapidly growing utilities organisation as their Talent Acquisition Partner. We’re on the lookout for a Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst to step into a pivotal role that sits at the heart of operations, regulatory reporting, and communications compliance.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a consolidated compliance function, working closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure the business operates with integrity, accuracy, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning regulatory reporting processes including quarterly, half-yearly, and annual submissions
Validating data, identifying anomalies, and working with teams to ensure accuracy
Monitoring compliance controls and reviewing operational processes
Auditing customer facing communications to ensure regulatory alignment
Acting as the first point of contact for compliance related queries
Collaborating with operations, data, and leadership teams to drive improvements
Supporting process enhancements and strengthening compliance frameworks
Working with external consultants for specialist advice and escalation
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
Have experience in compliance, quality assurance, or process improvement
Bring strong knowledge of the utilities sector and regulatory environment (essential)
Are confident working with data, reporting, and identifying trends or risks
Can interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical way
Are highly detail oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
Enjoy working autonomously while collaborating across teams
Have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Hold a degree in Communications, Legal, or a related field (preferred)
