WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Construction Project Manager, you lead, manage, and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and in line with company policies, routines, and local legislation. You are responsible for securing efficient and qualitative project delivery while ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with H&M Group's sustainability, quality, and cost standards.
You will:
- Prepare budgets, business cases, and risk analyses, ensuring accurate financial planning and cost transparency.
- Manage tenders, contracts, and suppliers to secure high-quality and compliant project execution.
- Oversee design, construction, and logistics activities, ensuring deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align timelines, permits, and project requirements.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, driving process improvements and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and smooth project delivery.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As part of the Construction & Facilities team, you'll work closely with the local Sales Market C&F Managers and other C&F Specialists to deliver the market's construction strategy. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Leasing, Expansion, Store Design, Legal, and Facility Management to align business needs and secure high-quality project outcomes. You report to the local C&F Managers.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
- A background in construction, project management, or related technical fields, ideally with experience in retail or real estate.
- Strong skills in stakeholder and supplier management.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
- Experience working on multiple projects in parallel, ideally within an international environment.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
