Contracts and Compliance Specialist, F/T, Master's Degree in Law, Business Law, Contract Law, oe a closely related field. Draft, review, and revise service agreements, vendor contracts, and subcontractor agreements. Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including labor law, OSHA, EPA, FTC repair regulations, and licensing requirements. Maintain and update the company's compliance documents, contract database, and legal templates. Implement internal policies and procedures that reduce legal and operational risk. Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, investigations, or audits. Assist with business license applications, permitrenewals, and compliance filings.
