Part-Time | Weekend Role (Fri–Sun to 10pm | Optional Thurs Evening)
$180,000–$200,000 + super (pro-rata, based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our weekend ECC team, delivering high-quality emergency care and managing a diverse inpatient caseload.
This position is ideal for:
- An ECC vet seeking a balanced, well-supported environment
- An experienced GP vet wanting to transition into emergency work
- A clinician looking to reduce weekday workload while maintaining strong income
The role will include:
- Emergency consultations, triage, and case stabilisation
- Ongoing inpatient management and case continuity
- Working closely with a highly trained ECC nursing team
- Handover and collaboration with our GP and hospital teams
- Emergency-only caseload — no routine GP consulting
- Structured, well-paced workflow — focus on quality care, not volume
- Modern, purpose-built hospital with strong clinical systems and support
Roster & Flexibility
Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts until 10pm
Optional Thursday evening shift
Option for 3 weekends per month
Accommodation provided for travel-in vets (no relocation required)

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years clinical experience
- Confidence in triage, stabilisation, and emergency case management
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- A genuine interest in high-quality emergency and patient care
