Description
The Executive Director of Human Resources provides vision, strategic planning, and executive leadership for all human resources functions to ensure alignment with the district's strategic framework and operational expectations. This position advances LWSD's commitments to Equitable & Just Systems, Inclusive & Rigorous Learning, Integrated Sustainability, and Operational Excellence by ensuring HR systems attract, retain, and support a diverse, high-quality workforce dedicated to student success.
This role leads and coordinates HR directors responsible for talent acquisition, labor relations, employee relations, and data & operations, ensuring accountability for outcomes that advance student-centered excellence and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, education leadership, or related field (preferred).
- Seven years of full-time, paid, professional operational management in a large, complex organization, five of which have been in human resources in a leadership capacity and have included overseeing professional and support staff and strategic and organization planning.
