Overview

The Fountaingrove Club is excited to announce the opportunity of a Food and Beverage Director opening. This role will direct and oversees all food and beverage facets including personnel, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory, and catering promotion. Ultimate responsibility in the department for guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; two or more years related to experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1. Manage all the Food and Beverage Operations, including Events
2. Member and Guest Experience
3. Financial Management
4. Staff Management, Scheduling & Recruiting
5. Event Management
6. Facility Cleanliness and Presentation
7. Facility Representation
8. Facility Management Team
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.
