We are looking for a passionate Food and Beverage leader who cares about making a difference and running a well-functioning department, by leading dedicated colleagues to care for our guests through exceptional and authentic service. At Hyatt Regency Washington we strive to improve our operation through experimentation and empathy. This leader will live our values and develop the team as we look to reach even higher levels of success. The Outlets Manager will oversee the entire experience, bringing new and creative ideas to retain and attract business. They will work closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests and patrons.
Other responsibilities include:
- Short- and long-term planning for the department areas of focus, including financial success, and customer and colleague satisfaction
- Implement and maintain F&B sales and marketing programs
- Hire, train, empower, and develop colleagues
- Review performance and support career objectives of colleagues
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, productivity, reporting, forecasts, inventory, and budget
- Address questions as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
- Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
- Ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt standards
- Establish, maintain, and develop processes and procedures to grow outlets performance
The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $86,300 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications
- Previous F&B leadership experience
- Experience in implementing new food and beverage concepts
- Service-oriented style within a fast-paced environment
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Micros; other systems a plus
- Ability to analyze data and utilize findings to improve processes or outcomes
- Ability to be agile as business is ever-changing
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess the following strengths: positive attitude, high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in a high-volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability and desire to improve in all areas of focus or goals
