Food & Beverage BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER

We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee kitchen operations at Rock & Brews Restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food quality, team leadership, and smooth service, this is the role for you!

Qualifications:

• Kitchen Leadership Experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong communication & People skills
• Ability to multitask and lead during peak hours
• Flexible schedule - nights, wekens & holidays as needed
• Must obtain gaming license
• Professional cooking experience preferred/required
• Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen role

EXPECTATIONS:

• Lead, train & schedule BOH team
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, prep, inventory & cleanliness
• Ensure food quality, safety, and timely service
• Partner with Front of House for smooth service flow
• Keep equipment maintained & kitchens organized
• Support gueest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
