What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious, delicious meals to students and staff
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and cafeteria environment
• Support accurate record-keeping, inventory tracking, and daily food production tasks
• Assist with receiving and stocking food and supply deliveries
• Follow USDA, NDE, and local health department guidelines under the direction of the Food Service Manager
• Be a warm, welcoming presence in the cafeteria that students look forward to seeing
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you - no two days are exactly alike!

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a small, collaborative team
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks
