What You Will Do
- Employee performs routine sanitation duties in a Food Service Area.
- Maintains equipment & supplies needed in service area; reports equipment failures to the designated supervisor.
- Set up & tear down as well as perform routine maintenance on dish machine. Assists in production, transporting, and serving of food, as necessary.
- Assists in arrangement of dining area/food service equipment.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Schedule: This position will cover the midnight shift
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to follow simple directions.
- Ability to count.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment & cleaning solutions.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and practices.
- Ability to move heavy objects.

Illinois Residency Requirement: Pursuant to the State Universities Civil Service System, candidates must be a current Illinois resident.
