Principal Accountabilities

• The Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and includes the maintenance of various types of equipment
• Excellent safety, work performance, and attendance records are required
• Employees who have received a written warning or higher level of disciplinary action in the last year for safety, work performance, or attendance will not qualify as a candidate

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Possession of or the ability to obtain a driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill Experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Previous experience using a computer
• Previous experience as a forklift driver
• Work History in the last 12 months
