Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and manage compliance risk frameworks for global securities business.
• Review and support the launch of new products and services from a compliance perspective.
• Collaborate with global offices and cross-functional teams on international projects.
• Strengthen governance across banking and securities integrated functions.
• Identify and resolve compliance-related challenges in cross-border business environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory functions.
• Basic knowledge of the financial industry (banking, securities, etc.).
• Experience communicating in English within a business environment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive work independently in a project-based environment.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native or Fluent
