Job Description
Designation- Graduate Trainee Engineer
City-Country- Pune, India
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in IT, your primary goal is to embark on a journey of professional growth within our dynamic IT department. This role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology, providing hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities to kickstart your career in IT.
You will report to the Engineering Manager, IT and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training programme to acquire experience in IT technologies, systems, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to gain insights into real-world IT operations, troubleshooting, and project execution.
- Help enhance IT systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing technical expertise to achieve project goals.
- Analyse technical challenges and partner with experienced engineers to propose creative solutions that improve the effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and latest technologies to contribute to the use of IT solutions.
- Follow IT best practices, quality assurance processes, and security protocols to ensure reliability and security of IT systems.
- Help maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations; create reports as needed by IT projects.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Experience with technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Positive communicator with a collaborative approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Consistently attentive to details and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- CGPA of 8 or above.
- SQL coding skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
