As a key member of the leadership team you will drive compliance strategy to meet financial goals and ensure that financial crime and compliance considerations across all activities are met. Intimately understanding the risk drivers related to the use of AI, regulatory compliance and licensing support, you will lead and mentor a high performing team of risk professionals. Challenging decisions and contributing to the financial risk integrity of the venture as well as being hands on in an everyday supervisory capacity. As such you will have at least 15 years of executive level compliance experience with a track record of success of implementing risk management framework within a financial services organisation. A knowledge of the regulatory crypto environment or a background in payments and fintech would be highly benefical. This is a diverse but exciting role working with a great group so an energy and "make it happen" attitude combined with realistic pragmatism is needed.
