- Human Resources Director
Description
Malden Catholic High School seeks a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Human Resources to build and lead a comprehensive HR function from the ground up. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and “right hand” to the President, operating in a role similar to a Chief of Staff while overseeing all aspects of human resources.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing day-to-day HR operations in a mission-driven educational environment. The Director of HR must skillfully balance the relational and often delicate nature of a school setting with the operational and compliance needs of the institution—supporting both employees and students with professionalism, care, and sound judgment.
Malden Catholic serves approximately 1,040 students in grades 7–12 and employs approximately 125 faculty and staff members.
