An iconic hospitality brand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position with no work-from-home option. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational HR functions and supporting the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience who thrives in a traditional, high-standard environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, this is a hands-on leadership role managing HR, recruitment, and training functions.
Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR support.
• Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with HIGA.
• Lead the implementation of a new HRIS system.
• Partner with department heads and operations teams to drive HR initiatives.
• Coach and support the HR team, including L&D, HR Advisor, and Coordinator.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an HR Manager within hospitality, ideally luxury hotels.
• Strong understanding of HIGA and IR management (essential).
• Experience implementing HR systems and driving process improvements.
• Ability to manage complex conversations and influence stakeholders.
