Description
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY - Could work remotely full-time or hybrid at our offices in Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Must Reside in NM or TX.
POSITION SUMMARY: This professional position is responsible for the development, coordination and day-to-day supervision of various HR functions including new hire processing, employee onboarding, credentialing, Human Capital Management (HCM), and HR records management. Provides advice and assistance to managerial staff on PMS Human Resources policies, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Psychology, Communications, English or related field required plus three years of Human Resources experience. Knowledge of human resources management principles, including employment law, recruitment, compensation, training and performance management, employee relations, personnel records management, EEO/AAP, workers' compensation, etc. PHR or SPHR strongly preferred. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other large HR Information Systems strongly preferred.
