Job Overview
The Human Trafficking Advocate stands in the gap—hand-in-hand with survivors of sex and labor trafficking—serving not as the hero, but as the steady presence that amplifies each survivor’s voice and choice. Through trauma-informed advocacy and supportive case management, this role helps bring visibility to what has too often gone unseen, ensuring survivors are heard, supported, and never overlooked.
Advocates walk alongside survivors as they navigate complex systems, access critical resources, and move toward safety and stability—offering consistency, compassion, and belief in their strength every step of the way. This work is about shining a light, magnifying resilience, and helping create the conditions where survivors can move forward on their own terms.

Conduct intake, trafficking screening, and needs assessments to determine appropriate services.
