Our client, an innovative tech focused private investment fund is currently looking to hire an Interim Senior Compliance Consultant to lead on enhancing its compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions. The firm, which has evolved from its origins as a family office into an increasingly active fund management business, have developed a strong track record and focus on technology and AI-driven investments. With growth from an asset and jurisdictional perspective over recent years, the firm is now looking to enhance its compliance framework before applying for fully regulated status. What the job involves

• Compliance framework design and enhancement
• Policy and procedure harmonisation
• Coordination of licensing, registration, and regulatory filings
• AML and financial crime framework oversight
• Regulatory landscape assessment

Who we are looking for

• Experience working within the boutique investment management industry
• An understanding of the private markets would be advantageous
• Previous exposure to UK, US and BVI regulatory laws
• A hands-on approach and ability to build frameworks
• Comfortable working as part of a small and versatile team
• The firm are open to full or part-time working for the period of the contract
