Ashford Benjamin is partnering with a global asset manager that is looking to expand its Investment Compliance team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all investments and portfolios comply with regulatory regimes by reviewing, monitoring, and performing pre-trade and post-trade compliance checks; providing updates on rules and regulations; and coordinating investigations into breaches and errors, abnormal trades, investment misconduct, and related matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in investment compliance or as a compliance generalist within an asset manager. Familiarity with SFC rules and regulations and experience handling Charles River or other investment-compliance systems is required. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred
