Full-Time Mailroom & Bindery Worker - North Miami Printing & Mailing Company

We are a locally-owned printing & mailing company located in North Miami seeking a reliable, full-time Mailroom & Bindery Worker to join our production crew. This is a permanent position with weekday hours, Monday through Friday, and somewhat flexible daytime scheduling to meet both employee and business needs.
Role Overview

The successful candidate will rotate between our Mail room and Bindery departments, helping to ensure timely processing of mailings and high-quality finishing of printed materials. The position is entry-friendly; prior experience is a definite advantage but not required. We provide hands-on training for new hires to learn our equipment and workflows.
Primary Duties

• Sort, organize, and prepare mail and parcels for shipping and distribution following USPS and company guidelines.
• Operate and support bindery functions: collating, trimming, folding, binding, and packaging finished printed products.
• Assist with machine loading/unloading, stocking supplies, and basic machine checks to keep operations moving.
• Adhere to safety practices and help maintain a clean, orderly production area.

Requirements & Benefits

Our ideal candidate demonstrates basic reading skills, the ability to perform light to medium lifting regularly, and a strong sense of responsibility. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience and demonstrated capability. After three months of continuous employment, employees are eligible for paid holidays and vacation. Additional hours and overtime opportunities are available when workload and schedules require.

Salary/Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
