Responsibilities
We are seeking a Manager of Auditing, Process and Equipment to lead ADS's internal quality audit program and ensure standardization of critical-to-quality equipment across our network. This role drives continuous improvement by managing audit systems, certifying auditors, overseeing document revisions, and partnering with regional teams to resolve audit findings. Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the internal quality audit program, including standards and checklists.
- Certify and maintain proficiency of internal quality auditors; validate consistency across facilities.
- Analyze audit data to identify systemic issues and lead network-wide problem-solving initiatives.
- Review and approve root cause analyses and corrective actions for audit findings.
- Manage document revision and retention processes to ensure compliance with ADS and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee critical-to-quality equipment inventory; ensure standardization and deployment of equipment changes across the network (e.g., compression testers, impact testers, wireless tools, carbon ovens).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Plastics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Quality and Auditing.
- 5+ years of experience in quality and compliance, preferably in manufacturing; plastic extrusion/molding experience is a plus.
- Proven success in audit system transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with internal auditing programs and Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; resilience and resourcefulness.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support plant needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varied climate conditions at plant locations.
