Position Summary
Responsible for planning and execution of reporting and analytics that support Coram initiatives.

• Partners with various departments as the data subject matter expert responsible for mining, transforming, and analyzing data using a variety of technical tools.
• Identifies opportunities and implements recommendations to improve data collection, preparation, and analysis processes.
• Creates data models, exports and reports using Epic Hyperspace and Clarity tools. Leads partnership with Epic application teams for data and reporting needs, including monthly releases and upgrades.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in analysis, reporting, IT, finance, or related field required.
• Certification in Epic Clarity and highly proficient with SQL editing skills.
• Experience in Epic Cogito, NOVA Notes, and Reporting Workbench.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards.
• Experience developing Alteryx workflows and publishing to Alteryx Gallery.
• Experience in developing reports, aggregating data, and providing key insights through key metrics.
• Exceptional detail orientation and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert Tableau skills.
• Knowledge/experience using Salesforce databases.
• Experienced in Tableau Site Administration.
• Certified and/or highly proficient with Alteryx desktop.
• Healthcare data experience or healthcare service background.
• Familiar with Dataiku (Certified in DSS a plus).

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
