MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE
Job Summary: Diamondback’s Energetics Department is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join our team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands—mixing, assembling, and packaging products with care and precision. With no weekends, consistent hours, and a supportive team culture, this position offers stability, balance, and an opportunity to grow.
START IMMEDIATELY — $15.50 PER HOUR
Job Specifics:
• Light-duty work may include assembling, mixing, packing, and boxing materials
• 9/80 schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (every other Friday off or shortened)
• Team-oriented, indoor work environment with a one-hour lunch
• Located in Crowley/Fort Worth area, convenient to I-35 and the Tollway
• Ability to stand and perform hands-on, repetitive work throughout the day (includes two paid 15-minute breaks)
• Must pass Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) background check due to nature of business (no criminal history)
*Drug testing is required before hire and you must pass a standard ATF background check within the first 60 days.
