Description
- Pay is $18.25 - $ 18.75 per hour plus 10% shift differential andapplicable bonus and is commensurate with experience.

- Read, understand and follow processing instructions for assembly processes.
- Possess the dexterity necessary to perform manual and automated assembly processes.
- Control and operate computerized microelectronic assembly equipment.
- Handling of silicon wafers and other materials with considerable care.
- Experience with Semiconductor backend equipment (Wirebonders, including wedge and ball, and Automated die attach equipment) or demonstrate a high degree of aptitude and capability to meet or exceed the learning curve (Typically 60 days).
- Operate high precision metrology and inspection microscopes and disposition materials with details regarding accept/reject status.
- Must be able to use a microscope for extended periods of time.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers (both written and verbal).
- Maintain cleanroom etiquette and equipment cleanliness.
- Work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency without sacrificing safety or quality
Required Experience:
- Must have one year of previous production/manufacturing or inspection experience.
- Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and word.
- Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
- Steady hands
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work in a clean work environment.
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Training Required:
On the job training as appropriate.
