We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Engineer to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing commissioning activities on projects throughout northwest Florida, south Georgia, and Alabama. Responsibilities

Leads the company's commissioning efforts and staff. Current commissioning staff includes one tech and a retiring commissioning agent.  Utilize software tools for project tracking and reporting.  Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of the commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.  Prepare and review contracts related to project work, ensuring all terms are met.  Implement effective management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Mechanical PE
• Proven experience in MEP systems commissioning
• CxA or equivalent credentials
• Experience in Building Systems Commissioning for public and private projects

We are looking for someone with a client focused approach to commissioning. We are looking for someone who will help facilitate a successful project for all stakeholders, not just someone to observe and document deficiencies.  This means working with contractors, in house engineers, and independent engineers to drive project commissioning to completion.
