- Mid -Senior QA Manual Test Engineer

The engineer will spend time on manual and exploratory testing, writing test cases, and validating complex integration workflows. A part of the job includes backend API testing using Postman, analyzing responses, and troubleshooting issues with developers.
What You'll Do
Manual & Functional Testing
- Lead manual and exploratory testing for new features and highimpact integrations
- Build high-quality test plans and documentation that shape our release processes
- Test complex, real-world scenarios that ensure customers get a polished, seamless experience
- Own endtoend validation of workflows across internal systems and partner platforms
API & Backend Testing
- Be the goto expert for API validation using Postman, including request chaining, scripting, and environment setup
- Investigate backend issues with developers — logs, payloads, auth flows, and data validation
- Ensure our integrations are resilient, reliable, and ready for scale
Automation & Tooling
- Contribute to our automated testing framework with Playwright and JavaScript
- Build smart, targeted tests that strengthen our regression coverage
- Influence what gets automated and help evolve our longterm automation strategy
Collaboration & Quality Ownership
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering from day one of every project
- Bring a quality-first mindset to discussions, designs, requirements, and sprint reviews
- Be a voice for users — advocate for intuitive workflows, clear behavior, and predictable integrations
What You'll Need
Required Skills & Experience
- 37+ years of QA or software testing experience
- Strong manual testing background, especially with web applications
- Excellent test case creation, documentation, and exploratory testing skills.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman
- Some experience writing or maintaining automated tests (Playwright + JavaScript is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and troubleshoot issues using logs or debugging tools
- Comfort testing integrated or multisystem environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with browser dev tools or network inspection
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Testing experience with SaaS or integration-heavy products
- Agile/Scrum background

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate's primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
