We have an immediate Operations Manager opening for enthusiastic and well qualified professionals interested in a high energy, commercial work environment with considerable upside opportunity for growth and advancement.
The Operations Manager position provides outstanding service to H/H customers and assists other team members to achieve growth objectives. The position is responsible for assisting H/H internal operations. Multi-tasking and familiarity with MS Office is a must. Competitive base pay. Duties include Purchasing, Inventory control, basic IT tasks, vendor and customer communication, Website support, multi branch management and more. All aspects of business are included i this position.

Requirements
- Qualified candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment and a drive to succeed.
- Requires a working knowledge of Purchasing for Distribution, Inventory Management of multi branch business and attention to detail. Five years of experience minimum.
- Experience managing sales teams and growing sales.
- Adapt positively to a changing environment
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word), with strong and accurate data analysis skills
- Willingness to work cooperatively across all departments to provide H&H customers with the best possible experience
- Bilingual is a plus
